Denise Mueller Receives Leadership Award

Eastman & Smith associate, Denise A. Mueller, has been named one of Toledo's "20 Under 40." The annual awards ceremony recognizes Toledo area leaders under the age of 40 who have distinguished themselves in their careers and service to their community. Over 400 young Toledoans were nominated with 170 considered for the award.

At Eastman & Smith, her practice includes OVI and traffic/criminal misdemeanor defense as well as residential real estate litigation in addition to offering support and advice to all practice areas in matters relating to criminal and family/juvenile law.

A Toledo native, Denise is a graduate of the University of Toledo and a former assistant prosecutor for the City of Toledo. She is current president of the Toledo Women's Bar Association and vice-president of the Parkinson Foundation of Northwest Ohio.
